this time, I wanna share you a lot of unique Indonesian traditional food
recipes, which I get from many sources and I present them for you who obviously
interested to Indonesian foods and wanna feel the taste of them. Several types
of recipes presented in this blog are taken from the many unique traditional recipes
of Indonesia, both in urban and villagers.
In this blog too, I wanna share many recipes from several provinces. But for the first time, I will share you some recipes from West Java, cause I’m a Sundanese, and I really amazed with Sundanese foods. Those are really rich of taste, because they use traditional unique seasoning, that taken from many unique plants that maybe you’ve never imagine that those plants could be used for a seasoning!
Basically , cooking a traditional Indonesian dishes requires extra patience . Because traditional Indonesian cuisine pointed great emphasis on precision herbs dosing and spices that used , the time and temperature during cooking and all of it will produce authentic and distinctive flavors of the traditional cuisine of each region which I will present late .
But you do not need to worry. In this blog, I will present traditional Indonesian dishes made with simple steps and materials, but still has an authentic and distinctive flavor of the food. So, even for beginners who want to taste the distinctive taste of traditional Indonesian cuisine can be tried. I will explain step by step in detail so that the dish can be practiced and enjoyed by all peoples.
